Collaborator Roles
Trips can be shared with other people. Each collaborator is assigned a role that determines what they can see and do. Roles follow a hierarchy: Owner > Admin > Editor > Viewer.

Role Details
Owner
The person who created the trip. Every trip has exactly one owner. Owners have full control, including the ability to delete the trip. This role is virtual — the owner is tracked as the trip creator, not as a collaborator record.
Admin
Trusted collaborators who can manage the trip almost like an owner. Admins can invite and remove other collaborators, change roles, create share links, and modify trip settings. The only thing they cannot do is delete the trip.
Editor
Collaborators who can modify the trip content. Editors can add and edit itinerary items, activities, and bookings, but they cannot manage collaborators or trip settings.
Viewer
Read-only access. Viewers can see the full trip — timeline, bookings, map, and chat — but cannot make any changes.
